Terms of Service

Rezurv is operated by Aklen Ltd. By using Rezurv, you agree to these terms. Service businesses use Rezurv to manage bookings, clients, and operations. Clients use Rezurv to book appointments with participating businesses.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Business owners are responsible for staff they invite and data they collect about their clients.

Bookings

Booking availability, cancellation policies, and service delivery are set by each individual business. Rezurv provides the platform but is not a party to the service agreement between client and business.

Trials & billing

New businesses receive a 14-day trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using paid features. Pricing is displayed at signup and in your billing settings.
