What happens when my trial ends?+
After 14 days, you'll need an active subscription to continue accepting new bookings. Your existing data is kept — choose a plan and subscribe from Billing in your business dashboard.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. You can move between Solo Starter, Team Starter, and Team Pro as your business grows. Manage upgrades, payment methods, and cancellation from Billing (Stripe customer portal).
Do clients pay to use Rezurv?+
No. Client booking, accounts, and the mobile app are free for your customers. Only the business pays for the platform.
How does billing work?+
Business subscriptions are billed monthly in GBP via Stripe. Start with a 14-day free trial (no card required), then subscribe from Billing when you're ready. Invoices and payment methods are managed in the Stripe customer portal.
Is there a contract or minimum term?+
Plans are monthly with no long-term lock-in. You can cancel anytime from Billing in your business dashboard.
What counts as a staff member?+
Each person you invite to your business dashboard with their own login counts toward your plan's staff limit. Solo Starter includes one seat — typically the owner.
